By land or sea

By Car:

Take Route 128 North to the end (you will have gone straight through 2 rotaries just at the end). At the bottom of the long hill after the second rotary, you will come to a stop light. Take a left (Rt.127). Follow that road for approximately 3 miles. You will come to a 5 way intersection, look for large green sign and follow road towards Bearskin Neck

By Sea:

Navigate to Rockport Harbor (42-39'35'' N, 070-36'48'' W). If you have any questions or concerns about Rockport Harbor, please contact the Rockport Harbor Master on Channel 9 or by phone

We are located directly on a private beach right in Old Harbor! We welcome you to beach your Kayak, dinghy, SUP or any other small water craft when you come visit us as a customer! The entry to Old Harbor is narrow and you should use caution when entering at low tide! Please respect the private seating area when walking up the wooden steps from the beach. A friendly reminder to tie up your water craft and mind the tide changes!

Parking in rockport

In addition to metered and pay by plate kiosk parking in the downtown area, Rockport has a park and ride lot located as you arrive in Rockport on Route 127. Watch for parking signs when you enter Rockport. The lot’s entrance is approximately half a mile from the Gloucester/Rockport line on Route 127 (Upper Main Street) and about a quarter mile past the Rockport Visitor Information Booth. From the parking lot, it is about a 3/4 mile walk to downtown Rockport. The Park and Ride Lot is open seasonally from about Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. Parking here is free, while the trolley running between the parking lot and downtown Rockport costs around $1/person each way.
